Lovecraftian Geopolitics
"I think the tentacle on the right/left shares my beliefs."
Steve Bannon and Noam Chomsky didn’t think about their opposing political factions when they happily advised Jeffrey Epstein on his public image.
Tech bros backed Harris and Trump. Spoiler; The tech guys won.
Don’t you find it interesting that instead of quiet, methodical, precise deportations of criminals we are given spectacle theater with masked armed forces mirroring that crappy Watchmen show from a few years back?
I find it interesting that, in the midst of this dog-and-pony show, the Trump administration is importing 600,000 Chinese students as some sort of bailout for universities despite the shady shenanigans of Chinese students in recent months. It’s nearly as interesting as the Trump administration adding some 65,000 H-2B visas to the cap in order to bring in low-wage labor in 2026. This clearly is not about race (though that angle is a good distraction from the bigger picture) but it might be about having enough willing and grateful low-wage servants and finding an excuse to put armed troops in your neighborhood. Armed troops who have no loyalties to anything beyond the administration who offered them a way out of their shit situations, no “The few and the proud.” No “Be all you can be.” Just mercenaries loyal to the administration that signs their checks.
I also find it interesting that the list of Young Global Leaders, who were once groomed in the World Economic Forum’s program of the same name, now feign allegiances to single nations despite the organization’s express intention to create a “New World Order” (their words, originally) and prevent ownership of property, restrict freedom of travel, and support the dissolution of national identities.
Their publicly expressed intentions, when held mindfully, can go a long way in making sense of the seeming madness running amok around us. It is not madness; it is method.
Joshua Haldeman was a high-ranking leader of the Technocracy movement in 1930’s Canada. Technocracy is the idea that experts, meaning those with technical expertise, are better fit to run governments and make decisions for a nation than the people of those nations are, through democracy. The technocrats thought they were the experts on life. Funnily enough, Canada outlawed technocracy as a threat to democracy in 1940 only to unofficially bring it back in full-swing around the year 2020. But what happens when the technocrats are no longer the experts? What happens when they, as so many techbros have man-splained to us is their goal, build God? Well, then the AI must be the technical expert in such a case, right? Maybe AI should just run the whole world as one country, then.
Joshua Haldeman is Elon Musk’s grandfather, by the way.
Currently, Albania has installed an AI within their government. It holds no official position because currently AI cannot be held accountable due to a lack of legal person-hood. It’s only a matter of time, though.
And for those AK-clutching Americans still clinging to some corpse of hope that Trump is actually, secretly, fighting these forces of control by throwing a wrench into their plans, I would like to refer to these two episodes of The Why Files (one and two), which very clearly illustrate something both ominous and obvious about the world we live in and the technology that openly exists therein.
In case you didn’t watch them, the gist is that every single time a person announces they have invented a way to revolutionize our means of travel or energy consumption, they end up dead under mysterious circumstances rather immediately thereafter. There are many such documented cases, and there have been many patents, as the video accurately presents. Most recently Nuno Loureiro, a plasma physicist at MIT (a notoriously deep-state embedded institution) was assassinated, just before Trump announced a six billion-dollar merger between Trump Media & Technology Group (previously a media company) and TAE Technologies, a California-based company specializing in plasma-based fusion energy. Of course.
Meanwhile, whatever you may think of him, Eric Weinstein has been saying for years that the field of physics has been shadow-capped and that string theory was but an elaborate ruse to distract mainstream science from making too many real breakthroughs.
This probably goes back, at the very least, to Nikola Tesla according to most who delve these depths. Tesla had invented and discovered many things, some of which never saw the light of day. Some of those inventions never saw the light of day because the research was confiscated by the Office of Alien Property Custodian, an US government office created during WWI to deal with enemy assets post-conflict. For some reason, this office took Tesla’s research. Specifically, John G. Trump was tasked with reviewing Tesla’s unreleased research, and while he reported that it was largely speculative and not of much interest, it seems obvious that regardless of what was discovered a part of his job was to publicly report exactly that.
John G. Trump was Donald Trump’s uncle, by the way. Let that sink in.
An over-medicated, totalitarian, de-humanizing, mechanistic, soulless vision of the world is easily painted through the idea of technocracy, especially if an actual robot is put in charge. State-enforced mental health, a total re-contextualization of value itself, eugenics-based gatekeeping on reproduction, and total surveillance down to the cells in your body and the carbs you consume are all open goals of the current power structure. There are plenty of patents, websites, NGOs, and money trails to support these goals. Even RFK wants every American strapped to a “wearable” monitoring system to place them in a health-based human stock market (yes, that’s a real thing that is being built.) These are not theories or even conspiracies, they’re just what the people with all the power are currently up to, openly. Some of this stuff smells strikingly similar to Aldous Huxley’s classic cautionary tale Brave New World.
As I have mentioned on the podcast, Huxley did not see this future in a dream. The dystopia presented in Brave New World was a direct response to the ideas he heard with his own ears tossed around in salons amongst the upper echelons of British wealth and education at the time. He had heard his grandfather, known as Darwin’s bulldog, famously debate against religious and spiritual thinkers in favor of reason and progress. He heard these ideas, or the seeds of them, spoken of by his brother Julian Huxley, founder and president of the British Eugenics Society, and his peers. And he did not neglect to pass an awareness of these dangers on to his students in his time as a professor at Eton College, such students as Eric Blair who would later be known as George Orwell.
This is all to say that there is much more going on here than you’re ever going to wrap your head around, but the temptation to slip into some flattened-out reductionist version of reality in order to cope is a fucking crime. It is criminal to give up on reality and become part of the problem. Spiritually criminal, I should specify.
We did not incarnate during the fall of Rome just to choose a faction and burn along with it. We came here to hold space for truth, to witness and tell true. We came here to assist in the spiritual evolution of humankind. We cannot fulfill our destinies if we’re resting on the laurels of psyops designed to drag us into non-thinking, un-critical, hyper-emotional viewpoints through manipulation and ideological capture.
You call yourself a cunning person? Act like it.
Polarized viewpoints are poison - It does not matter which side they are on. As long as we the individuals choose a side, an ideology, a panacea, then we are still playing their game by their rules.
If a righteous cause is a comfort, then virtue is the suspension of comfort for the sake of what is true.
Let nuance be the new righteousness.

Well met, well writ. Thanks
Wow. My jaw genuinely dropped when I got to the bit about Joshua Haldeman being Elon Musk’s grandfather. Excellent, illuminating piece: as horrifying to consume as it is informative/eye-opening. "Lovecraftian Geopolitics" is truly the best term I've heard for this unending hell.
